Foodies will enjoy exploring Jordan's cuisine, from mansaf the national dish, prepared with lamb, flatbread, rice and the tangy jameed sauce, to the indulgent kanafeh, a gooey and crispy cheese pastry covered in rosewater syrup and chopped nuts.
Zahran Park is a wonderful hideaway for sitting and chilling, while the Haya Cultural Centre is a great place to take the children.
