Had issue with the mt09 cam chain tensioner, had the bike for nearly 4 weeks before I got her back, I managed to get extended warranty which was worth ยฃ250 so sort of got the money back, but the mt09 I fell in love with so worth the aggy, but I wouldn't use Superbike factory again..











On paper it looks like a smart and sassy street alternative to other triple roadsters.



The downside is the rattling clutch but I've been told this is a common thing with yamaha, other than that a beautiful machine.



Our show positive scores, with the prevailing negatives around early suspension woes and the lack of resilience to pressure washing.

The degree of intervention is pre-set for the TCS with Mode 1 and Mode 2, but Mode M allows for the level of intervention to be selected or for the system to be turned off.
